Dustin Grooms

Dustin R. Grooms, PhD, AT, CSCS, is a professor of physical therapy at Ohio University, where he directs the Neuroimaging Research Laboratory and serves as Associate Director of the Ohio Musculoskeletal & Neurological Institute (OMNI). His research examines how the brain and body interact after musculoskeletal injury, with a focus on ACL injury and sensorimotor control. Supported by NIH and DoD funding, his work integrates neuroimaging, biomechanics, and rehabilitation technologies to optimize recovery and reduce reinjury risk.
