Description

Position yourself on all fours, with your back straight and your head aligned with your trunk. Tuck your chin into your neck, then, while keeping your chin as tucked in as possible, extend your neck by bringing your head backward. Return to the starting position, then repeat by tucking your chin in and tilting your head to the side this time. Finally, repeat one last time with your chin tucked in and turn your head to the side. Remember to return to the neutral position with each repetition before tucking your chin in and performing the neck movement (extension, tilt, or rotation) while keeping your chin as tucked in as possible.
