Description
Stand upright with your legs straight, arms along your body, holding a barbell in your hands. Gradually lean forward, keeping your back straight and looking straight ahead. Allow your arms and the barbell to be guided by gravity until about midway down your shins. When you feel tension in the back of your thighs, make slight oscillations up and down, then rotate by bringing your torso to the right and to the left. Slowly rise up and return to the starting position. The knees may bend slightly during the execution of the exercise.
