Description

You are lying on the side of the leg to be worked, with the top leg bent at the hip and knee at 90° in front of you. You will perform a hip adduction by raising the bottom leg upwards, keeping the knee straight. A third person can position themselves behind you to serve as a reference for the range to be reached. Then slowly return to the starting position.
