Description

You are in a kneeling position with the back leg bent, knee on the ground, and the front leg at 90° hip and knee flexion, foot on the ground. You are perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band that wraps around the top of the thigh on the same side. You will move away from the elastic band enough to create tension and feel a slight pull on your thigh to the side. During the movement, you will move your pelvis forward by bending your front knee and extending the hip on the other side. Ensure that the back knee remains bent, in contact with the ground, and stays in the same spot throughout the movement. You then slowly return back to the starting position.
