Description

Position yourself face down, supported on your hands at shoulder width as for a push-up. One leg is extended behind you with the foot resting on an elevated step; the other is bent with the knee on the floor. Push through the extended leg to lift the knee off the floor and align the body (shoulders, hips, ankles). Slowly lower back down until the knee rests again, then repeat, keeping the movement controlled.
