Description
Start by positioning yourself on all fours, meaning on your knees and hands, making sure to keep your hands aligned with the width of your shoulders. Place an elastic band around your wrists to add light resistance. Once in position, slowly lift one arm off the ground and extend it in front of you. Hold this extended position for a second, then slowly return the arm to the starting position. To vary the exercise and work different muscle groups, repeat this movement by bringing your arm diagonally forward, then to the side, and finally diagonally backward. Each movement should be executed with control and precision, maintaining body stability and avoiding any sudden or unbalanced movement.
