Description
An elastic band is securely fastened in front of you. Stand up, ensuring that the attachment point of the elastic band is directly in front of you. Grasp the end of the elastic band with the hand of the shoulder you want to work on. Your arm should be extended in front and almost parallel to the ground. To begin, take a few steps back to create tension in the elastic band while keeping your arm extended forward. Ensure that the elastic band is taut before starting the rotations. Once the elastic band is under tension, start performing shoulder rotations. Rotate your arm in a circular motion. Throughout the exercise, make sure to keep your shoulders turned towards the attachment point of the elastic band. Maintain a smooth and controlled movement to maximize the benefits of this exercise.
