Brandt-Daroff Maneuver

The vestibular system enables the brain to determine the position of the head in space. We have two vestibular systems in our body: one on the right and one on the left, located just in front of the ear. We therefore have the cochlea and the three semicircular canals, which contain the endolymph and the small hair cells that are connected to the nerves and send information to the brain.
