Description
You are lying on your back, arms extended above your head, knees bent, and feet flat on the ground. You will place a ball (or equivalent) between your knees. Pull in your stomach, contract your abdominal muscles, and squeeze the ball with your knees. While maintaining this braced position, you will bend your trunk and hips, bringing your knees closer to your head, while your arms follow the movement towards the ceiling. Then relax and return to the starting position.
