Description

Stand facing the wall, with your shoulder in the R2 position with external rotation, and the palm of your hand resting against a roller. Roll the roller by extending your arm to perform a shoulder abduction, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 20 to 25 times for 3 sets with 30 seconds of rest between each set. The weight will be adjusted so that a slight pain occurs (maximum 5 on VAS), and then it immediately decreases after the exercise.
