Description

You are lying on your back, knees bent and arms along your body. A third person places themselves in front of you and blocks your feet. You will tighten your abs and glutes while trying to straighten your knees by pushing against your feet, against the resistance of the person with you, then you raise your pelvis. Once your torso, pelvis, and thighs are aligned, you hold the position. Then, slowly return to the starting position. The third person can place their fingers or hands on your quadriceps to highlight their contraction.
