Description

Place an elastic band comfortably behind your head, holding each end in your hands. Position yourself facing the wall, with your hands at head height, bending your elbows and releasing the tension on the elastic band. Return to a neutral position with your head aligned with your body, chin slightly tucked in. Extend your elbows to tighten the elastic band while maintaining the neutral position of your head and neck. Bend your elbows again to release the tension, then repeat the exercise.
