Description
You will place your index fingers on the sides of your jaw. Start from the holes of the ears and move slightly towards the nose until you feel a bony bump, then go just below this bump to feel the temporomandibular joint. Then you will open your mouth, following a trajectory as straight as possible, stopping just before you feel a ‘click’ under your fingers.
