Description
You are going to place one index finger on the chin and the other index finger on the side of the jaw. Start from the ear hole and move slightly towards the nose until you feel a bony bump, then go just below this bump to feel the temporomandibular joint. You will then open your mouth, following the straightest possible trajectory, stopping just before you feel a 'click' under your finger. Your finger on the chin will serve as a guide to open your mouth as straight as possible.
