Diver on an Inclined Plane

Description
For this exercise, stand on the affected leg on an inclined plane. Make sure that the outer edge of the supporting foot is on the 'downhill' side of the inclined plane. Keeping your spine in a neutral position, bend forward at the hip while reaching forward with your arms. Simultaneously, push the free leg backward as far as possible while keeping the pelvis horizontal and level. Make sure to keep the knee of the supporting leg slightly bent, approximately 10 to 20 degrees. During this exercise, imagine that you are mimicking a dive to achieve the correct posture.
