Description

Stand upright, knees straight, with a medicine ball in your hands. While keeping your supporting leg as straight as possible, slowly tilt your body forward and gradually bring your torso to a horizontal position. At the same time, raise the opposite leg to act as a counterweight while bringing the medicine ball in line with your body horizontally with your arms extended. A slight bend in your supporting leg's knee is allowed. When you feel a stretch at the back of your leg, slowly return to the starting position.
