Description

Lie on your back with your knees and hips bent at 90 degrees in the air. Press your lower back against the floor by engaging your abdominal belt. You will place one hand against the opposite knee and push against it while resisting the movement with your leg to perform an isometric trunk rotation. While maintaining this position and the contraction of the abs, you will straighten the other leg as low as possible towards the floor before returning to the starting position. The closer your foot gets to the floor, the more difficult the exercise will be. Be careful not to arch your back during the movement.
