Description

The patient is lying on their back, legs extended and ankles on a Swiss ball. They will roll the ball towards their glutes by bending the knees to 90°, then lift their hips off the ground. They will then return the ball to the starting position by resisting the knee extension. This movement is repeated for 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions with 30 seconds rest between sets. The exercise can be made more challenging by bringing your arms closer to your body or crossing them over your chest.
