Description

Start in a kneeling position on a cushion, towel, or a soft surface for more comfort. Place your feet in the position that suits you best: either flat on the ground or with your toes tucked underneath. Attach an elastic band in front of you, wrapping it around your torso under your arms. Keep your torso and thighs aligned, then perform a controlled movement by leaning your body backward. You should resist the movement. Return to the initial position with the help of the elastic band. Make sure that your lower back does not round and that your glutes do not move back during the exercise.
