Description

Sit near a support, positioning your arm slightly forward to the side (about 45°), with your elbow bent at a right angle. Hold a dumbbell and, keeping your back straight and your gaze forward, gently let the weight move backward to perform an external rotation of the shoulder. Then slowly return to the starting position. Perform the movement within a comfortable range of motion, without causing pain.
