Description

Sit next to a support (such as a stool or a box) so that your arm is positioned out to the side at shoulder height, with your elbow bent at 90°. Hold a dumbbell and, keeping your gaze forward and your back straight, slowly let the weight move backward to perform an external rotation of the shoulder. Then return to the starting position. Perform the exercise through a comfortable, pain-free range of motion.
