Description

Stand upright with the arm you want to work raised at a 90° shoulder abduction angle, elbow bent, and an elastic band held in your hand with a weight attached to the end. From this position, quickly raise your hand toward the ceiling and hold this position for a few seconds. Resist the destabilization caused by the impact of the weight on the elastic band, maintaining control of your arm and shoulder.
