Description

Stand on one foot. Place one end of an elastic band under the base of the first metatarsal bone of your supporting foot. Attach the other end of the elastic band to the opposite side so that you feel tension under your foot. Next, extend your free leg backward while leaning your torso slightly forward, making sure to keep your back straight. Your supporting leg should remain slightly bent. Throughout the movement, be sure to maintain your balance and keep constant tension on the elastic band under your foot.
