Description

You are standing on one foot on a therapy step (or stair) with a kettlebell (or equivalent) in the hand on the side of the supporting leg. You are going to jump forward. When your foot touches the ground, you rebound as high as possible and then stabilize yourself. Hold the position for a few seconds against the destabilization of the kettlebell before returning to the starting position.
