Description
You will open your mouth and stick your tongue out without touching your lips, then close your mouth. You will repeat this action by bringing your tongue to the upper lip, then lower lip. Finally, you will sequentially bring your tongue to the right and left corners of your mouth. Make sure to only touch the targeted areas to properly dissociate the tongue from other regions of the mouth.
