Description

While standing in front of a counter and holding onto it, keep your back straight and your hips above the level of your knees. Slowly lower your body into a semi-squat position, ensuring that you do not lean forward and keep your heels on the ground. This exercise aims to strengthen the leg muscles while working on stability and posture.
