Description
You will place the last phalanx of your index finger (tip above the last crease of the finger) between your top and bottom two front teeth (incisors) to serve as a marker. Then, you will open your mouth while following the straight trajectory of your index finger until you reach the end of your finger. You then return to the starting position, always following the line formed by your finger. You can stand in front of a mirror to better see the movement and have better control of the trajectory. You can also place two phalanges or the entire finger depending on your ability to open your mouth and your ability to follow a straight opening trajectory formed by the finger.
