Description

Sit comfortably on a ball with your thighs parallel to the ground, your feet flat, and your back slightly arched in a neutral position. Tighten your lower abdominals (the transverse abdominis) by gently pulling in your navel and activating the pelvic floor muscles to about 20 to 30% of your maximum contraction. While maintaining regular breathing through your belly, make circular movements with your pelvis, ensuring your shoulders and torso remain still. Repeat this movement in a controlled and smooth manner.
