Description

Get into a quadruped position, with your knees under your hips and your hands under your shoulders. Hold a ball in one hand, then open the arm out to the side and upward while keeping the arm extended, as if you wanted to align both arms on the same line. Then return to the starting position, pass the ball into the other hand, and perform the same movement on the other side. Keep control of the pelvis and let the movement be guided by a rotation of the upper body.
