Description

Get on all fours with a resistance band placed comfortably behind your head. The ends of the resistance band should be under your hands, and the resistance band should be slack. Start by tucking your chin in against the resistance of the resistance band, putting it under tension. Make sure to keep your face parallel to the floor or the table. Maintain the alignment of your trunk, then release your head in a controlled manner.
