Description

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, back straight, and hold the resistance band in your hands. Stretch your arms forward to put tension on the band. Then, take a step back into a reverse lunge while keeping the band under tension. Once you're in the lunge position, rotate your torso toward the same side as the front leg. Return to a standing position and, in the same motion, lift your back leg in front of you with your hip and knee bent at 90 degrees. Gently place your foot back on the ground and release the tension in the band. Repeat if with other leg.
