Description

Stand facing a Swiss ball, with the arm you want to work extended and your hand resting on the ball. Another person stands in front of you to apply resistance to the ball. Roll the ball forward with your hand, extending your arm to bring your shoulder into flexion and protraction, while resisting the force applied by the other person in the opposite direction. Then, bring your arm back by bending your elbow behind you, controlling the movement as the other person pushes the ball toward you.
