Description

Hold a band attached to a weight (kettlebell or plate) and create a "twisting" motion without letting go of the band. Then lie on your back with your arm out to the side at 90° and your elbow bent at a right angle, in an externally rotated position. Let the band spin. Your goal is to maintain the position by controlling the joint without letting the elbow or hand rise. Keep the arm stable at 90° of abduction throughout the exercise.
