Description

You are standing, with your arm extended along the body holding a kettlebell in your hand. Slightly bend your legs to gain momentum and lift the kettlebell by bending your elbow and shoulder to a 90° angle to the side. Make sure the kettlebell's weight is directed upwards during this movement. Your wrist should stabilize this weight. Then, bend your legs again and use the ascent to extend your arm as high as possible while keeping the kettlebell's weight directed upwards. Return slowly to the intermediate position, with elbow and shoulder bent to the side, before extending your arm down along the body.
