Description
You are standing with a weight on your back, the front of the foot to be worked is placed on a step (or a stair), while the heel and the other foot are in the air. The body weight is placed backwards, at the level of the heel so that it goes below the step, causing a stretching sensation in the calf. You will perform an ankle extension by rising on the tip of your foot and then slowly return to the starting position.
