Description
The patient stands with feet hip-width apart, arms extended at 90° abduction. From this position, they are asked to extend one leg backward to balance on one leg. Simultaneously, they will lean forward by bending the hip while bringing the opposite arm towards the ground as close to the foot as possible. Then, they return to the starting position. During the movement, care should be taken to keep the patient's back straight, the supporting leg slightly bent, and the homolateral arm should remain in the same position as at the start of the exercise.
