Description
Adjust the bench to a 45° incline. Position your hips so that they are in the air and lock one leg under the pad. Place the other leg on top. Bend your torso while keeping your back straight until you feel a stretch at the back of the leg. Aim for the greatest possible range of motion with each repetition. On the way up, avoid hyperextending your back by preferring to tilt the pelvis backward (retroversion). Contract the glutes and abdominals.
