Description

Stand on one leg with your heel on the rear disc and your toes on the front disc, then engage your foot by lifting the arch upward. Perform a single-leg squat by bending your supporting leg, then straighten your knee to come back up. Control the descent of your knee and maintain your balance and stability, without letting the arch of your foot collapse.
