Description

Place your index and middle fingers on the sides of the neck, a few centimeters from the center, to press on the transverse processes of the vertebrae. You will perform a neck extension by bringing your head backward. At the same time, you will press forward with your fingers to assist the movement. Start from the top to help the translation of the upper vertebrae and progressively move down. Then, return in the opposite direction. Ensure to maintain regular breathing throughout the exercise.
