Description

Stand with your back to a stall bar, in a lunge position, with your weight on the front leg. The back leg should be bent at 90° with the forefoot resting on a rung of the stall bar. Bend the knee of the front leg to about 90° while following the movement with the back leg, which remains on the stall bar. Make sure to keep your back straight during the movement. Then return to the starting position.
