Description

Sit on a Swiss ball with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight. Hold the elastic band anchored to the side with both hands, arms stretched out in front of you. In this position, slowly lift the foot on the side of the elastic band and extend your leg forward, while keeping your torso stable to maintain balance. At the same time, bring your arms to the opposite side of the elastic band to rotate your torso against the resistance. Return to the starting position, controlling the movement, and place your foot back on the floor. Then repeat the exercise.
