Description

Lie on your back with your knees bent. Cross your hands together above your chest, then extend your arms by reaching them towards the ceiling. Now, keeping your hands clasped, slowly lower your arms behind your head, controlling the movement until they touch the floor or reach your range limit without bending your elbows. Return to the starting position by bringing your arms back over your chest, then repeat the exercise. Be sure to maintain regular breathing and control each movement.
