Description
Stand up and hold the TRX handles. Move your feet forward as if you are walking, then lean back until your torso forms a 45-degree angle. Keep your arms extended in front of you; this is the starting position. Contract your back muscles by spreading your arms wide while keeping your elbows slightly bent. Slowly return to the starting position. Make sure to keep your torso straight, like an inclined plank, throughout the exercise.
