Description
To perform the exercise, the patient lies on their side with their legs bent. Using the hand of the lower arm, the patient holds the thigh to the ground. Their upper arm is extended in front of them, with the hand resting on the ground. The patient will slowly rotate their trunk to place their arm behind them along the same imaginary line. Throughout the exercise, the arm remains well extended and the gaze follows the movement of the hand.
