Description

Standing, lower into a half squat by bending your hips, knees, and ankles, with your torso leaning slightly forward, then jump vertically, pushing hard upward, and land softly on the balls of your feet. Keep your knees tracking in the direction of your toes, in two parallel lines, without letting them fall inward, and never land with your knees straight or on your heels: above all, aim for a soft landing and an explosive push-off rather than the height of the jump.
