Description

You are standing, arm extended to the side horizontally, with the hand oriented thumb up. You are holding an oscillating bar in your hand. During the exercise, you will move your arm by making small, quick, and low amplitude forward and backward movements to oscillate the bar. Make sure to keep your body well braced to avoid being carried away by the momentum of the bar.
