Description
From a standing position, shift your body weight onto the supporting leg, which can remain slightly bent at the knee, and lean your torso forward while allowing the back leg to lift in line with the pelvis. Stretch your arms forward in line with your torso so that your body forms a straight line from your head to your back heel. Keep the supporting foot grounded, the back leg active, and the pelvis stable without letting it open to the side, with the neck long and your gaze directed toward the floor. Maintain a calm, steady breath while seeking both length and stability, then come back to standing and repeat on the other side.
