Description

Place yourself in a sitting or standing position, puffing out your chest and bringing your shoulder blades down and back. The working arm is placed along your body, with the elbow flexed. Lift the arm to the side and slightly forward (about 30 degrees forward) to shoulder height (90 degrees relative to the trunk) without shrugging the shoulder. You can clench your fist to increase the activity of the shoulder muscles. Keep the elbow flexed at 90° throughout the movement.
