Description

Lie down on an inclined plane of about 30°, puff out your chest and pull your shoulder blades down and back. The working arm is placed along your body, with the elbow flexed. Raise your arm to shoulder height (90 degrees with respect to the trunk) without raising the shoulder. You can clench your fist to increase the activity of the shoulder muscles.
